Server 2008 R2 x64 with Virtual Server 2005 (CPU dont support hardware virtualization)

I have server with Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 installed, but Hyper-V dosnt work, because CPU dont support Intel VT-x, so i install Virtual Server 2005 R2 SP1 on this server.

Later i install SC VMM 2008 R2 SP1? and then i add host, SC VMM swich on Hyper-V role on this server (wich dosen`t work) and in propertes i see under Virtualization Software: "Microsoft Hyper-V" (service working, but VM dosen`t start, because no hardware support).

 So my question is: it si possible manage VMM 2008 R2 on Microsoft Server 2008 R2 with Virtual Server 2005 virtualization, not Hyper-V ?
