Customization failed when create virtual machine from template

I want to create Win8 VM template, because no Win8 option in operating systems list in OS configuration tab, so I choose it as others(such as Windows Server 2008 R2). The template was created without any errors.

Then I want to create VM from this Win8 template, the jobs failed when customize virtual machine.  Any idea for this error?
