Can i have mutliple host groups for one server?

Hi

I want to use SCVMM for our lab environment to have groups of labs for testing. I have one high spec server with lots of storage.

I have set up multiple host groups and added the Hyper V Host server to the All hosts group

All Hosts

             . Lab 1

             . Lab 2

             . Lab 3

Am I able to add this server as the Hyper V host in each host group? I have tried and I don't think it will let me add the same server in different host groups??
