unable to add a hyper-v host to SCVMM console..

I was unable to add a hyper-v host to the scvmm console.  we are able to add other hyper-v host so there is no issue scvmm.

So I uninstalled scvmm agent on this hyper-v server.

When attempting to add the hyper-v host to the scvmm console it fails.

When I checked system event log on the hyper-v host the following error appeared:

service control manager - event id 7024
