SCVMM SP1 Power Optimization Greyed Out

Hi,

How do I enable power optimization in SCVMM SP1 . I have configured the OOB options for each host in my cluster and can power off and power up my machines from the vmm console. However, the option to enable Power Omptimization remains greyed out ?
