I have a SAN copy-capable template that I want to deploy to a host that has local storage and is not connected to the SAN. However, when I come to select the host in the 'select host' stage, all hosts are listed as using transfer type 'SAN', even those that are not connected to the SAN. Is it possible to make SCVMM fall back to 'network' transfer in this case? Why is it not doing that automatically?
For reference, all my servers are either Windows Server 2012, or Hyper-V Server 2012. Some (but not all) of my hosts are connected via iSCSI to a Dell Equallogics PS4000 SAN.
