BMC Settings in SCVMM 2012

Hi all,

        I am trying to enable BMC settings in SCVMM and followed the steps given in the technet link                http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg610644.aspx.  

Even after following all the steps i am not able to enable the BMC settings on a hyper-v host. I  want to power the hyper-v server on or off from VMM console this is the reason why i want to enable BMC settings.

I am getting the error code 21212.

I have searched about the error but did not find any helpful link.

Please guide me if anything i am missing.
