Creation of VM from Template - VM File Path

Prior to deploying my Hyper-V Cluster and SCVMM 2012, I created several virtual machines on a standalone Hyper-V host. These were then migrated to my Cluster. For organizational purposes, I began storing VM system files in a folder called "Virtual Machines" on each CSV, and any associated VHDX files were kept in a separate folder called "Virtual Hard Disks." Pretty standard, I think.

But now that I am provisioning VMs from template in SCVMM 2012, I can't seem to stick to that folder structure. The VM system files are automatically created in a folder named after the virtual machine (e.g. C:\ClusterStorage\VOLUME-HYP-SYSTEM1\SEA-HV-PRINT instead of C:\ClusterStorage\VOLUME-HYP-SYSTEM1\Virtual Machines). Ideally, I would like the new VM files to be located directly in the "Virtual Machines" folder along with my other VMs. Any thoughts on this?

Another slight annoyance when deploying a VM from template is that the network adapter is named after the virtual machine instead of just "Network Adapter." This isn't a huge deal, but I would like to prevent it if possible.
