SCVMM agent on host on perimeter network

I manually installed SCVMM agent on perimeter network on default ports.

When I tried to add host to SCVMM, I get error 426:
The agent is not responding on the perimeter network machine x because either the agent is not installed; or x is not accessible from Virtual Machine Manager server.

Firewall was temporary disabled on host.

I don't know how to solve the problem.
